Merino Wool Collection — Extended Delivery Time
Effective October 10, 2026, all Merino Wool Collection sweaters will be shipped through our new fulfilment solution. As these orders are processed and shipped internationally, delivery takes slightly longer than for our other products.

- Dispatch: Within 1–2 business days after processing
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Total estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days
These extended delivery times apply exclusively to sweaters from our Merino Wool Collection. All other products continue to follow our standard shipping times listed above.
